Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Space Systems Supply Chain Planning specialist to support the design, development, and fabrication of space launch vehicles and components. This hands-on role requires strong planning, organization, and project management skills to ensure material availability and timely production across multiple sites.

The position emphasizes collaboration within Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, contributing to safe and repeatable spaceflight and the rollout of ERP

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and act on MRP action messages to ensure material availability to support production schedule.
• Monitor MRP forecasts, inventory, customer demand, production requirements, inventory transactions and reject material.
• Evaluate and adjust Planning Attributes within the Item Master to improve planned order quantities and accuracy.
• Key team member in planning, training, implementation, and support of new ERP functionality and reporting.
• Responsible for firming Planned Orders into Manufacturing Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Generate and maintain Transfer Reservations to coordinate cross-site material planning needs.
• Manage Project Transfers within your assigned scope of work
