Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead a product line within the Los Angeles area manufacturing facility.

You will drive throughput, safety, quality, and cost efficiency while mentoring a team of 20+ employees and coordinating across engineering, quality, production control, and suppliers. You will develop production strategies, optimize equipment availability and cycle times, and ensure compliance with FAA and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in operations management in heavy manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Champion a zero-injury culture and ensure EHS compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, production control, finance, HR and suppliers.
• Plan labor, equipment, tooling, and supplies to meet productivity targets.
• Read and interpret charts, schedules, blueprints, and orders to determine production needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
