Job summary

Fortive’s Industrial Scientific division seeks a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a high-mix service team in a fast-paced setting. You will drive safe operations, quality, on-time delivery, and inventory discipline while developing frontline leaders and coordinating cross-functional partners.

You will translate demand into daily plans, lean practices, and measurable KPI performance across shifts, ensuring continuous improvement and strong team engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop teams in fast-paced operations.
• Demonstrated success driving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity results.
• Translate demand into executable daily plans and manage performance.
• Experience with Lean, daily management, and structured problem solving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily management across manufacturing operations and prioritize work based on customer demand.
• Develop frontline leaders and technicians, providing feedback and career development.
• Ensure safety, quality, audits, and 5S/ESD controls are upheld across shifts.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Service teams to remove constraints.
