Zusammenfassung

AbbVie is seeking an experienced manufacturing operations professional to support production leadership in continuous improvement, planning, and day-to-day coordination of campaigns. You will translate methods into production instructions, schedule tasks, and manage document reviews to meet project timelines.

You will analyze data to identify trends, propose solutions, and develop implementation plans while ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• At least 6 years’ experience in all aspects of manufacturing and production processes.
• Knowledge of media and buffer preparation, cell culture and purification of biological drugs; scheduling proficiency and GMP familiarity.
• Experience with tech transfer, equipment qualification, regulatory filings.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem solving, discretion, and mentoring capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Support Production Leadership in continuous improvement, operational planning, and day-to-day coordination.
• Transfer methods into Production instructions for campaigns and scheduled tasks.
• Draft and manage complex documents, coordinating reviews and approvals.
• Direct changeover activities with limited assistance and guide implementation plans.
• Analyze data for trends and present solutions to management.
• Provide technical direction and training to junior personnel and supervise cross-group activities.
