Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year in manufacturing/production.
• Master's degree with no experience acceptable.
• At least 3 years manufacturing/production experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply company policies to resolve issues within defined scope.
• Exercise judgment within standard practices to determine actions.
• Build productive internal/external relationships.
• Document control coordinator and internal auditor for ISO9001, Ease and Error Proofing.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly reports for plant communications.
• Develop systems-1) need technical experience in computer systems, 2) need floor experience to ensure systems meet manufacturing needs.
• Work with Quality Gates to ensure the work instructions are developed and maintained.
• Work under limited supervision with detailed instructions on new projects.
• Assist with projects assigned by the Business Team Lead.
