Qualifications

• Construction industry experience is required.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Ability to manage QC documentation and inspections across projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all QC reports.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs and team input.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide minutes.
• Provide written daily QC reports and address non-conformances to ensure timely quality.
• Conduct preparatory and follow-up meetings to set standards and verify checklists are used.
• Verify and document material conformity and proper handling for project use.
• Schedule and document inspections and log results; correct and re-inspect non-conformances.
• Document final inspections, occupancy certificates and acceptance of works.
• Stop work when safety/quality issues arise.
