Qualifications

• Requires Lean, Six Sigma or TQM experience to drive improvements.
• Experience using SAP for production planning and shop-floor control.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing operations to meet targets on time and within budget.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, train and evaluate production staff for a high-performing team.
• Maintain a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA and internal standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and asset life.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales for successful launches.
• Ensure quality controls and SOPs meet specifications.
• Track KPIs (OEE, labor, throughput) for exec reviews.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse to align materials.
• Lead organizational/process changes with new machinery or shifts.
• Handle special projects to address business challenges.
