Qualifications

• 5+ years of production leadership experience.
• 5+ years of related manufacturing experience or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing production schedules, budgets, quality standards, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow across multiple shifts.
• Lead, train, and develop production teams to meet performance, safety, and quality objectives.
• Establish production priorities, budgets, cost controls, and standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, procurement, and quality control teams to optimize production.
• Analyze production reports, equipment performance, and quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, downtime, and quality concerns.
