Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead and develop a Spanish-speaking production team.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve profitability and productivity.
• Implement and sustain Lean Six Sigma practices.
• Monitor key metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
