This role partners with site leadership to drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and a safe operating environment.
• Proven success building a high-functioning organization and developing talent.
• Experience driving production execution using Lean Six Sigma and CI initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage projects and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute manufacturing operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate goals into operational priorities, measurable objectives and accountability.
• Develop long-term capacity, capability and resource plans.
• Lead across manufacturing operations with planning, engineering, quality, ESH, and program management.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, standard work and problem solving.
• Ensure safety is a core operating value and promote a safe workplace.
