Job summary
Lockheed Martin is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to develop and implement processes, layouts, and production sequences for assemblies, equipment installation, and processing operations. You will drive automation, analyze data, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvements.
The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing operations, a technical bachelor’s, and the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required with 7+ years of manufacturing ops experience.
- Experience leading a technical team in a factory environment.
- Strong leadership competencies: delivering results, shaping the future, building relationships, energizing the team.
- Ability to obtain and retain a U.S. DoD Secret level clearance (Interim Secret supported).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, layouts, and production sequences.
- Drive automation, robotics, and CAx tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze factory data and implement SPC, analytics, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and capability.
