Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the second shift in Archbald, PA. You will lead a diverse team to deliver safe, high‑quality production on schedule while controlling costs, spanning multiple programs in electro‑mechanical production.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, continuous improvement, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Lead/participate in business meetings.
• Professional interaction with customers.
• Ability to track cost, quality, safety and schedule in manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
• US citizenship required.
