Qualifications

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques.

• Ability to track cost, quality, safety and schedule in manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a second shift team to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
• Resolve conflicts and motivate employees for a high‑performing environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement across cells and processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to update work instructions and plan new production areas.
• Ensure safety and quality standards while supervising electro‑mechanical operations.
• Work second shift hours roughly 4pm–2:30am, Monday–Thursday, with overtime as needed.
