Job summary

Crane Currency, located in Nashua, NH, seeks a Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead multi‑process manufacturing including embedded, micro‑optics, coating, inspection, slitting and ink mixing.

You will drive safety, product quality and on‑time delivery while building a high‑performing team. You will shape manufacturing strategy, optimize flow and capacity, and deploy continuous improvement initiatives, leading supervisory talent and ensuring robust metrics across safety, quality,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory/manager role in an advanced manufacturing environment.
Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing setting.
Experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, and CI leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for multi‑process manufacturing operations (Embedded, Micro‑Optics, Coating, Inspection, Slitting, Ink Mixing).
Ensure safe working environment and safety culture.
Drive performance using KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost and Growth.
