Qualifications

• Requires BS Engineering or Operations Management.
• Minimum 10 years continuous improvement experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years leadership in continuous improvement from technical/operational perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen events and drive Crane Business Model improvements.
• Develop Kaizen Road map aligned to strategic plans and report progress.
• Drive lean culture using operational excellence tools and standard work.
• Identify productivity savings from people, materials, and other sources.
