Job summary

Crane Currency is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering based in Alpharetta, GA or Nashua, NH. You will lead global engineering strategy, capital investments, and technology transfers to improve capacity, reliability, and efficiency across sites.

Responsibilities include overseeing capital projects from business case to handoff, managing budgets, and ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ validation. You will build high-performing teams, establish engineering standards, and partner across sites to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or commensurate experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in engineering management.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading large capital investments and technology transfers.
• Experience coordinating global manufacturing facilities and site transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global engineering strategy, capital investments, and technology transfer programs.
• Oversee equipment specification, procurement, FAT/SAT, and installation activities.
• Ensure IQ/OQ/PQ validation and regulatory/compliance across sites.
• Manage capital project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams across locations.
• Establish engineering standards and governance for enterprise-wide projects.
