Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0–2 years in manufacturing or process engineering environments.
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, Lean, Six Sigma or similar.
• Experience with MES, data analysis, or process monitoring useful.
• CAD, analysis tools, or process simulation exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Improve product quality, yield, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, Quality, and Product Engineering.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and root causes.
• Contribute to qualification, validation, and production readiness.
• Maintain process docs, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Assist with NPI, process transfers, and scale-up.
• Drive CAPAs and troubleshoot technical issues.
