You will direct a COP team, uphold safety, and drive metrics such as quality, output and cycle time. Qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma with a minimum of 3 years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Willing to learn and possess a strong continuous improvement and collaborative mindset.
• Willing to train others.
• Able to spend a minimum of 75% of daily work time on factory floor to help run production tools.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support a team of Manufacturing COP employees to meet goals for safety, quality, output, and cycle time.
• Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to COP team members on monitoring KPIs and staffing targets.
• Solve routine problems to meet performance goals and stop processes if risks arise.
• Communicate factory and program status to manufacturing teams.
• Utilize visual factory and MES to track priorities and progress.
