Staffmark Group seeks a General Manager for Manufacturing Operations in Tucson, AZ. The role leads production, quality, maintenance, safety, and customer service while driving growth and profitability.

The candidate will develop business strategies, manage budgets, and push continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in regulated environments and strong P&L skills are preferred, with travel to facilities as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations or engineering preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, AS9100, NADCAP, or continuous improvement certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, production planning, and financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, safety, customer service, and administration.
• Develop and execute business strategies, operational goals, budgets, and growth initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management, process optimization, workflow improvements, and cost reduction programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, AS9100, NADCAP, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
• Oversee financial performance, revenue growth, labor utilization, profitability, inventory control, and capital planning.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while promoting accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, support business development efforts, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement programs to increase productivity, quality, and profitability.
