Chamberlain Group, through its Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group, is seeking a seasoned leader to direct and optimize manufacturing activities across facilities. The role emphasizes safety, quality, delivery, and cost management in a complex logistics network.

The candidate will partner with EHS and cross-functional teams to drive improvements, manage budgets, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance long-term growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing operations with 5+ years supervisory.
• Lean Six Sigma proficiency; strong leadership and problem solving.
• ERP familiarity and understanding of financial statements.
• Strong cost, safety, quality, and delivery focus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations across multiple facilities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with company standards; oversee the warehouse and material delivery and handling functions.
• Direct, coordinate, and facilitate the activities of direct reports to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
• Partner with EHS to ensure that environmental compliance activities and requirements are met.
• Ensure standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production.
• Develop departmental budget, monitor plant spending, and report on operating costs within functional areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as: Inventory control, Sourcing, Purchasing, Distribution Centers, and Engineering, on planning, scheduling, labor standards, production processes, and material/inventory control.
• Direct and implement decisions regarding manufacturing strategy, plant layout, staffing requirements, and external network relations.
• Lead the plant leadership team in developing the plant’s strategic direction, establishing priorities and allocating resources.
• Lead and oversee the management for daily improvement (MDI) process.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operations, enhance business performance, and support long-term organizational growth.
• Oversee the Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing related function across network.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group's and Multi-Fab's reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
