Job summary

Hypertherm Associates in Hanover, NH seeks a Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Operations to guide ~220 associates across manufacturing, process engineering, and maintenance.

You’ll balance strategic leadership with tactical execution, drive safety and quality, and own the 18-month financial plan while partnering with CI and supply chain teams. You will lead a large cross-functional organization, inspire culture, mentor talent, and shape the future of operations with a focus on throughput, delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of operations leadership experience.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma project experience.
• Experience in a high-tech, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of supply chain management in JIT environments.
• Financial, data, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead across boundaries.
