Job summary

Rocketdyne in Redmond, Washington is seeking a Sr Supervisor of Operations Management to oversee our assembly areas on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm–2am) with a 10% shift differential.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience (8+ years if no degree), proven leadership in electromechanical hardware, and familiarity with fluid flow and thermal control components. Salary ranges between $75,000 and $139,000 with location-based variation.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience leading teams building electromechanical hardware.
• Knowledge of fluid flow components (valves, regulators, PRVs) and thermal control components (heaters, thermocouples, RTDs) is a plus.
• Experience with gas flow systems (gaseous nitrogen and helium).

• Provide tactical direction to assembly areas to support business needs and staffing.
• Provide input for program planning and monitor area budget.
• Support implementation of improvements aligned with business needs and capital investments.
