Responsibilities

• Provide tactical direction to the assembly areas to support the needs of the business.
• Day-to-day direction for work assignments of staff. This includes: staffing with adequate skillset and ensuring trainings are up to date.
• Provide administrative support for direct reports to ensure they have the tools necessary to complete their jobs.
• Partner with support organizations to maintain flow of hardware through assembly.
• Set tone and culture for the area to align with the overall goals of operations.
• Provide input for program planning for current or future business.
