Job summary

Rocketdyne seeks a Fabrication D (TIG Welder) for the night shift in Redmond, WA. You will weld various metals to meet project specifications using GTAW and automated processes, performing setups and ensuring weld integrity.

The role requires 6+ years of GTAW experience with hard alloys, ability to read drawings, and a strong safety record. This position offers night shift work with a 10% differential pay and is based in Redmond, WA.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent with years of welding experience.
• 6+ years GTAW experience welding hard alloys (stainless steel, titanium, Inconel).
• Experience reading planning/drawings to meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding per manufacturing instructions.
• Set up and operate automatic inert gas arc welding machines for longitudinal and circumferential welds.
• Layout locations and perform own setups as required.
• Weld Company products with certified processes maintaining tolerances.
• Weld tooling and maintenance in fabrication and assembly.
• Perform other manufacturing tasks to meet production needs.
• Complete training and attend company meetings as required.
• Maintain proven safety record and PPE experience.
