Millerbernd Manufacturing in Winsted, MN is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Methods Specialist to bridge Engineering and Operations. You will ensure ERP data integrity, translate drawings into manufacturing routings, and create accurate MOM to reflect the intended processes for the Transportation & Infrastructure Division.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing, with Epicor ERP experience preferred, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in engineering/manufacturing, Mfg. planning or drafting.
• Experience creating and maintaining BOMs and routings; Epicor ERP preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Translate product drawings to manufacturing routings and processing steps.
• Manage BOMs and routings to reflect current production needs.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and support process improvements.
