You will direct goals and strategies for engineering and product design, coordinating with customer care for successful development and with supply chain and operations for scalable manufacturing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 9+ years of relevant experience, and a strong background in CAD (SolidWorks) and MS Office, with proven leadership and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field.
• Proven experience in B2B product development or technical specification development.
• CAD software knowledge, preferably SolidWorks.
• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strategic mindset with product development and project management insight.
• Strong written and verbal communication; lead meetings and present.
• Problem-solving, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead industry engagement through committees and conferences.
• Develop and maintain customer communication channels with the customer experience team.
• Show strong leadership and project management; build a high-performing team.
• Develop and standardize design and calculation processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and drafting to capture shop build standards.
• Advocate for solutions and manage DOT standards and specs escalations.
• Ensure design team communicates with field reps and distributors aligned with sales.
