Job summary

Millerbernd Manufacturing Company in Winsted, MN is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Methods Specialist to bridge Engineering and Operations, ensuring MOM accuracy and ERP data integrity for the Transportation & Infrastructure Division.

You will translate drawings into routings, manage BOMs, maintain Epicor T&I division part data, and drive process improvements as SME across functions. The role is onsite in Winsted, MN with an hourly pay range and a profit-sharing incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years' engineering/manufacturing experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining BOMs and routings; Epicor ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to translate drawings to manufacturing routings and understand blueprints.
• Strong focus on data integrity and quality in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate product drawings to manufacturing routings and manage BOMs/Routings.
• Create & Maintain Epicor T&I Division Part Data and ensure data accuracy.
• Support process improvements as SME and cross-functional liaison.
• Audit material master data for completeness and correctness.
