Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of experience with electrical/mechanical systems and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Collaborative teams maintain equipment availability and meet production needs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Electrical, Mechanical, Welding and Electro-Mechanical training are a plus.
• High School Graduate required; Vocational Degree preferred.
• Experience with a virtual work order and spare parts management system preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Enthusiastic team player, adaptable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on all production equipment and machinery.
• Perform emergency repairs on all production equipment and machinery.
• Conform to procedures regarding spare parts usage.
• Comply with OSHA and safety requirements, including lockout/tagout.
• Maintain equipment and facility mechanical availability.
• Maintain daily logs of Preventive Maintenance and downtime in CMMS.
• Assist sourcing parts and work with outside contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Support Safety and Environmental programs and EMS compliance.
