Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to operate, repair, and maintain production equipment. You will train new hires and oversee setup, changes, and quality checks to meet production goals.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and reading schematics. Strong teamwork and safety practices are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of direct experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using schematics and diagnostic equipment.
• Capable of programming, setting up and maintaining various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires in machine operation and document training.
• Lead productivity, maintenance, and quality of Muhlbauer equipment.
• Own machine start-up, shut down and changeover processes.
• Set up machines for specific jobs including new programs.
• Monitor machine settings to ensure accuracy and high-quality output.
• Inspect parts and processes for out-of-tolerance conditions.
