Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure continuous functionality of all production equipment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, parts management, and safety compliance across a 3-shift facility.

The role requires experience (7–10 years), strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work with outside contractors. CompoSecure provides comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Electrical, mechanical, welding and electro-mechanical training preferred.
• High school graduate; vocational degree preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and spare parts management preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to prioritize workload.
• Enthusiastic, team player, adaptable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Follow spare parts usage procedures.
• Comply with OSHA lockout/tagout and safety requirements.
• Maintain mechanical availability of production and facility equipment.
• Log preventive maintenance and downtime in CMMS.
• Assist sourcing parts and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and environmental programs.
• Install new equipment and perform repairs as needed to support production.
