Responsibilities

• Manage production process and coordinate with support functions to meet department goals.
• Achieve KPIs for shipping volume, on-time delivery, backlog, lead time, and efficiency.
• Lead lean improvement initiatives, 5S, and cost reduction programs.
• Provide leadership and development to production leads and staff.
• Conduct daily standup meetings to set priorities and optimize production.
