Job summary

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, and develop the leadership team while partnering with BU and Division leaders on strategy and capital investments. Lean initiatives, visual management, and shop floor metrics are essential tools to create predictable results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or business.
• MBA or master’s degree in engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in plant management roles in metals/manufacturing.
• Strong financial, budgeting, and asset management knowledge.
• Experience with Lean, visual management, and shop floor reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Significantly improve safety performance and incident prevention.
• Deliver results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people through disciplined execution of the operating plan.
• Lead continuous improvement to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen process capability.
• Work closely with BU leadership on strategy, capital investments, and sharing best practices.
• Represent the site with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Establish operating management philosophy with clear expectations and measurable goals.
• Deliver the Plant’s financial targets and operating plan with accountability and results.
