Senox Corporation is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead our operations across multiple plants, driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. This hands-on leader will build strong teams, develop manufacturing strategies, and ensure goals align with the company’s objectives.

In this role you will oversee production teams, coach managers, and partner with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing managers, supervisors, and large production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and performance management.
• Proven ability to improve operational results and lead organizational change.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to balance long‑term strategy with hands‑on operational leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across production departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and production teams.
• Establish performance goals and hold teams accountable for results.
• Evaluate production capacity, staffing, equipment, and workflow needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime, waste, and operating costs.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, supply chain, engineering, and other departments to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide operational updates to the leadership team.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and long‑term manufacturing growth initiatives.
