Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Sr Supervisor, Manufacturing to oversee day-to-day production, drive efficiency, quality, and safety. The role requires strong leadership and a track record of continuous improvement.

You will manage supervisors, coordinate scheduling, monitor KPIs, and report to management. Candidates should have 7+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years in supervision, and a Bachelor's or two-year degree; onsite shift pattern is specified.

Qualifications

Seven (7+) or more years of experience in manufacturing.
Five (5+) or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Five (5+) or more years in a supervisory role required.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 2-year trade school degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Oversee Scheduling, performance reviews, corrective action, training, and timecard approvals.
Prepare reports for daily status meetings using Excel.
Draft written manufacturing procedures.
Mentor and motivate team members to increase engagement.
Manage planning, scheduling and material flow to meet production schedules.
