Job summary

Pride Engineering, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, overseeing CNC machining, assembly, and preventive maintenance. You will drive Lean initiatives, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Service to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership with success in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a precision machine shop and CNC operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all machine shop and manufacturing operations, including CNC machining, manual machining, assembly, and related production activities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
