Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to provide frontline leadership in our manufacturing operations. This role coordinates daily production activities, drives performance, and supports employee development while upholding quality, safety, and productivity standards.

You will link production teams with leadership, fostering accountability and teamwork. The ideal candidate is hands-on, with strong communication, technical acumen, and a passion for developing people and optimizing

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of MPI and manufacturing documentation.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop employees on processes.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, servers, or high-tech assembly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift start-up meetings to set priorities and safety expectations.
• Coordinate hourly staff to meet production schedules and objectives.
• Monitor workflow to ensure smooth material movement and production flow.
• Represent the department in production and shipping meetings when needed.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the team.
