Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, operations management, or related field preferred
• 8+ years manufacturing experience required, preferably in high-volume environment
• 5+ years’ frontline leadership experience in manufacturing
• Experience with production, project, and maintenance plans
• Strong computer skills; SAP and LIMS a plus
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and wear respirator

Responsibilities

• Recruits, develops, and supports the front-line supervisory team for CMP manufacturing operations in a 24/7 environment
• Drives safety and quality cultures to achieve incident-free performance
• Develops and deploys production plans to meet customer demand safely and on time
• Maintains staffing plans including vacation and overtime coverage
• Coordinates with Facility Maintenance to schedule preventive and reactive maintenance
• Leads process and equipment troubleshooting with Process Engineering and Maintenance
• Supports capital, resource and project plans for site growth and CIP improvements
• Supports Environmental, Safety & Health, and Quality programs and new product projects
• Performs other duties as assigned
