Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, operations management, or related field (AS/HS with experience may be considered).
• 8+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• 5+ years frontline leadership in manufacturing; leading both operations and technical staff is a plus.
• Experience developing and executing production, project, and maintenance plans.
• Strong computer skills; SAP and LIMS experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop front-line supervisory team for 24/7 CMP operations.
• Drive safety and quality culture to achieve incident-free performance.
• Collaborate with Planning to meet customer demand safely and timely.
• Maintain staffing plans including vacation and overtime coverage.
• Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance for schedules and downtime.
• Lead process and equipment troubleshooting with engineering and maintenance.
• Support capital, resource and project plans; drive CIP improvements.
• Support Environmental, Safety & Health and Quality programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
