Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead front-line operations in a 24/7 CMP environment. You will ensure resources, materials, and technical support are in place to meet production needs safely and efficiently.

The role drives CIP and capital planning, partners with Planning and Maintenance, and mentors supervisors to uphold safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, operations management, or related field preferred; AS/HS with leadership experience may qualify.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience in high-volume environments; chemical manufacturing a plus.
• 5+ years in frontline leadership within manufacturing; leading ops and technical staff a plus.
• Experience developing and executing production, project, and maintenance plans.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office; SAP and LIMS experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear a respirator; safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, develops, and supports front-line supervisory team for CMP manufacturing in a 24/7 environment.
• Drives safety and quality cultures to achieve incident-free performance.
• Collaborates with Planning to meet customer demand safely, timely and to quality.
• Maintains staffing plans, including vacation and overtime coverage as needed.
• Coordinates with Facility Maintenance for downtime and preventive maintenance.
• Leads process and equipment troubleshooting with Process Engineering and Maintenance.
• Develops resource, capital and project plans; drives CIP improvements.
• Supports Environmental, Safety & Health, and Quality programs and projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
