Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems in Linthicum, MD seeks a Principal Manufacturing Analyst - Lead to join the Production Team. The role requires strong ability to coordinate across shifts, drive on-time delivery, and analyze production data to support KPI reporting.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead continuous improvement projects, and present findings to management. US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in Manufacturing, Materials, MRP, or Production Control.
Minimum of 2 years SAP/ERP or other related systems experience.
Experience leading or coaching people and projects.
US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead Planner for P&MC organization coordinating production planning across shifts.
Drive timely flow of product to meet delivery requirements.
Interface between Manufacturing, Program Operations, Global Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Engineering and Quality.
Track KPIs like OTTR, LT, OOC, OTTF.
Lead collaboration with Manufacturing Analysts/Planners on planning and scheduling.
Develop presentations and lead reporting for the P&MC Commodities.
