Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with substantial experience in Manufacturing, Materials, MRP, or Production Control
• Experience with SAP/ERP or similar systems required
• Leadership or project coaching experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead Planner for production planning across multiple shifts in ACF/PRFC cells
• Ensure timely product flow to meet internal/external delivery requirements
• Interface with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams
• Consolidate and analyze production data to report status through manufacturing processes
• Track KPIs such as OTTR, LT, OOC, OTTF
• Lead efforts to reduce aging orders and material shortages
• Collaborate with planners on scheduling and visibility tools
• Advise P&MC management on continuous improvement projects
• Prepare presentations and reporting for the P&MC commodities organization
