Job summary
Greenworks Tools is seeking a Senior IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist – Manufacturing to serve as the on-site technical resource for the Morristown, TN operation, aligning local technology with enterprise standards. You will troubleshoot, upgrade, and support IT infrastructure, OT, and enterprise applications in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible IT experience in systems administration, networking, infrastructure, or similar roles.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior on-site technical resource for IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology within the Tennessee manufacturing operation.
- Support Windows desktop and server environments, storage, virtualization, and enterprise services.
- Maintain cybersecurity, patch management, access control, MFA, and incident escalation per policy.
- Coordinate infrastructure changes with IT Infrastructure and plant leadership.
- Provide technical guidance and training to users and cross-functional teams.
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Support IT components for ERP/MES and manufacturing systems.
