Job summary

Greenworks Tools seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to develop and launch manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems for new product introductions and major changes. You will connect Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure manufacturability and safe, efficient production.

You will lead process development, DFMA, tooling specs, pilot builds, and production readiness, driving continuous improvement and scalable manufacturing in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Automation/Logistics Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with assembly manufacturing operations in large-scale/global settings preferred.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and capital equipment implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities and manufacturing planning with R&D.
• Drive DFM/DFA improvements for successful launches.
• Develop and optimize assembly, testing, and manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Design manufacturing layouts, workflows, and material flow for productivity and space optimization.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (process flows, work instructions, PFMEAs, SOPs).
• Support readiness, validation, engineering changes, and production ramp-up.
