Job summary

Triangle Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise a multi‑cell production team at our Upper Saddle River facility. The role focuses on meeting customer quality and on‑time delivery while managing material procurement and service suppliers.

You will partner with the Leadership Team to drive high‑performance culture, budget planning, and continuous improvement through lean practices, Kaizen, and effective coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 7–10 years’ manufacturing experience.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with estimating, methodizing, and supplier sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes including resource planning, timelines, and priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee manufacturing activities to achieve customer satisfaction, inventory, cost, and margin goals.
• Develop and update capacity plans with resources based on orders and forecasts.
• Promote self-directed teams with clear objectives, coaching, and cross-training.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate training with HR.
• Support lean initiatives and Kaizen events to improve processes.
• Provide superior customer service through timely responses and professional communication.
