Dizario Search is seeking an experienced Facilities / Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and capital improvements within a manufacturing environment. You will lead maintenance operations, support production needs, and manage facility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a track record of leading maintenance teams in fast-paced manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven experience leading maintenance, facilities, or plant engineering operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience leading maintenance or technical teams.
• Ability to work effectively with operations teams, management, contractors, and vendors.
• Hands-on approach working alongside technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production, quality, safety, and operational goals.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, utilities, compressed air/gases, water, refrigeration, and related infrastructure.
• Manage capital equipment installations, facility upgrades, and engineering projects, ensuring projects meet established quality, safety, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain appropriate inventories of maintenance supplies, spare parts, and critical equipment components.
• Coordinate external contractors, vendors, and engineering service providers as needed.
• Support maintenance department staffing, onboarding, training, employee development, performance management, and team engagement.
