Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to drive operational transformation across its supply operations in Florida. The role deploys TPM, BOS, TMS, and performance management to eliminate losses and improve safety, quality, service and cost metrics.

The candidate will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to advance continuous improvement, lead cross-functional CI projects, and coach teams in Lean, Six Sigma and BOS practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence or Logistics.
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, TMS or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows to reduce waste, improve throughput, and cut costs using data-driven Lean Six Sigma approaches.
• Lead cross-functional CI projects with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Own BOS pillars and ensure deployment and adherence through OGSM, DDS, Kaizen events and 5S.
• Own metrics at tier levels such as Improvement Ideas, Center Lines, Change Overs, Kaizens.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and training to educate staff in Lean, Six Sigma and BOS principles.
• Facilitate root cause analysis using 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams to identify defects or inefficiencies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; analyze data to measure impact and adjust strategies.
• Maintain SOPs, process maps, and improvement records; present progress reports.
