BD is seeking a Manufacturing Leader at the Anasco, Puerto Rico site. You will oversee master production scheduling, budget cost of production, and compliance with FDA and ISO 13485. You will lead a team, drive improvements, and coordinate with Quality and Supply Chain to meet product availability.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering or business, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and lean/sigma exposure. Bilingual Spanish/English required; travel to Juncos for training may be needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device or manufacturing.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing Techniques and/or Six Sigma methodology.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meet Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) targets.
• Meet manufacturing volume requirements and production schedules.
• Resolve nonconformances (NCMRs) and CAPAs in manufacturing areas.
• Support preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485).
• Train and develop production personnel and foster teamwork.
• Manage backorders through production planning and supply chain coordination.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and government regulations.
• Assist in transfer of new products and technology to the Juncos Plant.
• Develop production documentation, validation protocols, and trainings.
