Bacardi seeks a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to drive transformation across supply operations. You will deploy TPM, BOS and TMS, lead cross‑functional CI projects, and mentor teams in Lean, Six Sigma and data‑driven improvements.

You will monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while aligning initiatives with Bacardi's strategic goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical/Engineering
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green or equivalent
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operational Excellence roles
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or TMS systems
• Proven cross-functional project leadership and results
• Strong data analysis, process mapping and PM skills
• Knowledge of ERP, MES, and Power BI systems

Responsabilidades

• Optimize processes to reduce waste, improve throughput and cut costs using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Own BOS pillars and ensure sustained deployment with KPIs and cadence like Kaizen, 5S, DDS, and OGSM.
• Facilitate training and coaching in Lean, Six Sigma and BOS principles.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and problem solving to address defects and inefficiencies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; analyze data to drive strategic improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, process maps and improvement records; report progress to management.
