Job summary

Bacardi seeks a Manufacturing Excellence leader to drive TPM deployment and lean transformation across multiple production areas. You will lead improvement projects, coach leaders, and partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality and supply chain to deliver measurable gains in reliability, productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or related Supply operations.
• Experience deploying TPM and Lean in operating environments.
• Experience with Tier Management Systems (TMS) and visual management.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM Deployment & Governance across manufacturing areas.
• Provide Manufacturing Excellence support across distillery, blending, bottling, packaging and logistics.
• Drive loss elimination and improvements in OEE, reliability and process performance.
• Lead Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping.
• Coach operators and leaders in TPM, Lean and problem solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and remove barriers.
• Manage projects, track milestones, risks, resources and benefits.
