Job summary
Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician in Puerto Rico to maintain and repair manufacturing machinery. You will interpret PLC logic, perform calibrations, and conduct preventive maintenance across packaging, molding presses and pumps.
The role requires hands-on skill with electrical and mechanical systems and the ability to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed. Candidates should have a technical school background with at least 3 years in electronic/mechanical
Qualifications
- Technical education in electronic/electromechanical fields required.
- Minimum 3 years in pharma/medical device maintenance or similar.
- Strong reading of diagrams, manuals and schematics.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
- Fluent English and Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain process machinery and manufacturing equipment to keep running smoothly.
- Perform tests, calibrations, repairs and part replacements as needed.
- Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance per schedules.
- Interpret PLC logic and service manuals during repairs.
- Install new equipment and assist tooling/instrumentation projects.
