Northrop Grumman Corp. Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering 2 in Clearfield, Utah, on-site.

You will translate product designs into detailed assembly instructions, manage BOMs, ensure compliance, and guide a diverse team, acting as the technical voice for Operations.

Candidates should have a degree with years of planning/configuration management, leadership experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain government clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years planning/configuration management in production assembly/fabrication.
• Master’s Degree with 3 years planning/configuration management experience.
• 9 years total planning/configuration management experience in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of prior management/leadership experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translate product design into a sequence of detailed assembly/manufacturing instructions and BOM.
• Create/modify instructions with operations and quality requirements.
• Ensure processes comply with regulations and engineering specifications.
• Collaborate across teams and represent Operations as the technical voice.
